Stopped by for fresh spring rolls, and expensive lunch for just a bit over 10, very generous portions, and very generous with peanut sauce as well. I have to say, these are probably the best fresh spring rolls I’ve ever had!!! Thanks Pho Captain!! Only downside, no napkins provided which was a bummer, but luckily I had some.

I'd have to say I'm a tad biased. I have only tried 1 item on their menu, but I'm thoroughly impressed. I Love all things noodle soup related, from Ramen to Pho and the like, and let me tell you... The Shrimp Tom Yum Soup here is perfect down to the LAST drop. I'm a regular now (avg once every 10 days) partly because it's really close to work, and partly because it's the ONLY place to get noodle soup in town. Every time I order this dish, it's got the right blend of carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, noodles, and green onions. I've eaten this when I've been sick and it clears your nasal passages immediately. Service is quick, staff is friendly, and there is ample seating for you, 2, or, a group. So head to Pho Captain and say hello to Jenny. If you're like me, you'll always leave satisfied.

The speed was amazing! Took approximately 6 minutes. I got the Pho Brisket (Rare) and Vegetable Eggrolls. The pho was nearly perfect. Meat texture was great. Flavour was great. The Rolls were okay. Not bad but not what I was there for. I loved the experience there.

I was working in the area and stopped by for lunch, I got their beef broth pho with rare beef. Delicious broth, excellent dish

Came here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Had the beef pho which was excellent. I have been to many Vietnamese restaurants in the Markham/North York/downtown areas and this pho rivals the pho I have had in other places in the GTA. The soup was flavorful, brothy and hit that "comfort food" button. The noodles were bouncy and just the right chew. The beef was also generous in portions and very tender. They use really good brisket and not the old, chewy, tendonous type. Also had the spring rolls and the stir fried pork which were both very flavourful and delicious. Definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back often.

A cozy small restaurant that serves truly delicious (hot) food at a reasonable price. Portions are generous. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Highly recommend. A diamond find Will be returning for both eat in and take out! Thank you Pho Captain for raising the bar of excellence in Bolton! Long time resident appreciate your focus on quality.

Reviews don’t do this place justice. Food was amazing (Chicken broth Pho&house special Beef Pho). Service was FAST! Place was clean. Super friendly. Definitely will go get Pho again from here

I got the house special pho as a take out and this could be one of the best pho i’ve had. The broth was beef forward, with a nice herby finish and a very subtle hint of star anise. Even though the portion is smaller, the beef cuts and beef balls seemed to be of better quality than other phos i’ve eaten. I also got summer rolls and the bbq pork with vermicelli. They were okay. Will definitely come back for the pho again!
